2. Sharing User Content

Kwippe may allow Users to Share User Content with other Users. This Agreement is being put
in place to apply in the event that Kwippe should do so. In allowing the Sharing of User Content
on or through its Products, it will be Kwippe’s intent to give our User’s a means to express
themselves and give their User Content greater impact. At Kwippe we feel strongly that people
have the right to express their opinions and ideas. However, the privilege of using Kwippe and
Sharing your User Content will carry with it a responsibility to do so in a manner that does not
unreasonably impose on the rights of others, or adversely effect the rights of Kwippe. To this
end, we require everyone to agree to and follow these rules.

We respect the ownership of the User Content that Users share, and each User is responsible for

the content he or she provides. Further, Kwippe has no control over any User Content that may
be posted, distributed or otherwise available on or through any website or by a means other than
on Kwippe.com. As a result, we do not actively monitor and will not censor User Content,
except in limited circumstances described below and only in those instances where Kwippe has
control over that content.

The following are the guidelines that we expect our User’s to follow. However, except for
content displayed on or through Kwippe.com, we undertake no obligation to censor or control the
use of content that may have been created with our application. You should look to the person or
persons that distribute that content to control it. In cases involving the distribution of material
through other social media services or websites (such as Twitter or Facebook), Kwippe
recommends that you contact those entities if you have a specific issue with materials posted or
distributed through those websites or services. If you believe that some criminal conduct is
ongoing, we would also recommend that you contact appropriate law enforcement officials.

reserves the right to immediately terminate your account without further notice in the event that,
